I used the recipe from Spoonbread and Strawberry Wine cookbook (it is available on Amazon, https://amzn.to/3aAhblJ), by Norma Jean and Carole Darden. This book is filled with their family stories and recipes. The pork recipe is from J. B. Darden and he is described as a meat and potato...
